JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Project Coordinator
Hours: 30+ hours per week, 9am - 3pm EST
Reports to: Account Manager

The Role:
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Account Manager through administrative tasks, while handling priorities and meeting tight deadlines. This person will be responsible for executing tasks that require a high level of detail and thoroughness.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the project to ensure that deadlines are being met.
- Communicate project details to Account Manager on a daily basis.
- Execute daily tasks, as outlined by Account Manager (see list below).
- Keeping project management system up to date with project details.

Duties:
- Set-up accounts for new client projects (see systems listed below).
- Build Jotform form and monitor responses.
- Set-up and troubleshoot website/email integration.
- Create Mailchimp emails.
- Update Squarespace webpages.
- Manage graphic design (done by another team member).

The ideal candidate -
Attention to detail (OCD)
Show initiative with tasks
Works well under tight deadlines
Passion about the overall vision for and success of each project
Curiosity (not afraid to ask questions)
Enjoys repetitive routine tasks (this is 50-60% of the job)
Ability to tackle new projects with confidence
Effective communicator (prioritizes keeping team "in the know")

Key Performance Goals:
- Keeps project deadlines on target.
- Ensures that Account Manager is up to date on project status.
