We are a dynamic, Real Estate company that has been continually growing since 2003. We have had great success with Filipino Assistants and we LOVE working with you!
We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to manage our books and always stay up to date. Looking for someone extremely punctual staying well ahead of deadlines
Virtual Assistant (VA) Needed. We are looking for a proficient assistant, experienced in bookkeeping, accounting, and general administration.
This is for a part-time position estimated time approx 15-20 hours per week GMT - pay to be discussed on application – Monday to Friday

Job Requirements

2-3 years experience in a similar role
Expert in excel and other office applications
Responsible and sincere
Highly proficient in Xero
No Criminal Record
Fluent in English
Tenancy arrears chasing
Fast and stable Internet connection. (MUST).
Decent working station and equipment
Reliable
Attention to small details
Trustworthy, great communication, able to adhere to stay up to date consistently
Intelligent and able to work independently and provide good communication updates


Job Responsibilities

Create Excel Reports
Manage Bookkeeping and Accounting Records
Collect working hours and prepare salaries
Create invoices and validate payments
Other administrative tasks
Arrears chasing / payment plans
