Seeking a full-time virtual assistant that has at least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry to join our team!
Duties are to include:
- Answering incoming buyer/seller phone calls, entering lead details into our CRM, and follow up with qualified buyers and sellers.
- Assign leads to outside sales team
- Track sales conversion of qualified leads
- Upload and update listings on MLS sites
- Communicate with real estate agents that are interested in our in-house listings
- Assemble/Fill out contracts, retrieve signatures, and upload executed documents
- Track critical dates of transactions
- Update internal spreadsheets in Google Drive
- Additional duties may also include executing social media marketing campaigns,
Must be familiar with:
- The Google Suite: Gmail, Voice, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides
- General CRM software
- Looking for someone with a great speaking voice and amazing attitude
- Focus on customer service and understanding client needs
- Motivated to grow, learn, and take on more responsibility as you help our company grow!
