DropShipping Customer Support Expert

We are looking for someone who can support my dropshipping activities. we are building a support team to ensure 24h day and 7 days a week support. You will work with 1 to 2 other support agents to ensure this objective.

-Customer support on Social Media (Facebook Messenger), Email ( we will be using customer support soft) and chat
-Shopify Management: experience with Shopify and can easily handle adjusting and checking orders for customer support
- Aliexpress management: experience with Aliexpress and can easily check order, connect with vendors for customer support
-Familiar with dropshipping tools like Oberlo and dropified is a great asset
-Familiar with support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk is a great asset

The ideal candidate should be experienced and with very good English level (spoken and written). The position will start as a probatory period for a full-time job if the candidate shows proficiency and high quality.
