JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a virtual assistant to make outbound phone calls for prospecting and generating new business for my agency.

I am a licensed insurance agent for the state of Missouri in the USA. I specialize in Medicare insurance. Medicare insurance is design to help seniors with their medical and health coverage.

The position would require a person with excellent English speaking skills and a passion to help people. I use a automatic phone dialer from (dyl.com) to make the calls. With this dialer a person can make 80 - 100 calls per hour.

The phone script is very simple and to the point. The goal of the calls is to find seniors who want to save money on their health insurance.

I also need the virtual assistant to contact financial planners and small business. I will provide all of the contacts and training.

The requirements needed:

- Excellent phone skills
- Excellent English speaking & writing skills
- High speed internet connection
- Administration skills ( e-mail follow ups, note taking)
- Ability to work with Microsoft word, excel and PDF files
- PASSION to help older people save money

A phone interview will be required to hear your English speaking skills.

I am looking for someone who wants a long term position with my company. The pay will be based experience and the person I hire will have the opportunity to earn extra money with the success of the campaign.
