JOB OVERVIEW

ur company is looking for a competent individual with experience and relevant elance feedback in the following areas to join our team:

- Phone Call Handling (Responding to calls / Engaging Potential Clients on a daily basis)

- Handling Client Enquiries - Via email / sending emails / able to problem solve / update all systems on MS Excel

- Enter Data into our systems and send relevant documents using the data entry to update relevant documents and send to clients

- Call prospective clients on a daily basis 1 hour per day

- Record Findings For Potential Leads

- Research Related Articles - For Website Updates

- Automate Spreadsheets (create alerts accordingly)

- Manage YouTube Channel

There will also be further general administrative tasks required with this role and will require the freelancer to be available on a daily basis to handle calls and manage emails accordingly.

If abroad, phone calls will be diverted accordingly to enable call handling effectively.

This role will be for 30 hours per week for the first month and then upon successful completion a full time position of 40 hours per week will be offered.
