My name is Russ.

I am a driven hard charging entrepreneur who has too much to do and not enough time to do it. I am straight and to the point with things without alot of "fluff" in the middle. Biggest pet peeve of mine is limited thinking and when someone says something can't be done. One thing I have learned is that nothing is impossible if you truly have a desire to find a solution. I am a creative thinker who is "why" focused who needs an assistant to help take care of the "how".

I am in need of a full time assistant who is experienced in a wide variety of tasks and skill sets. This assistant will start in a part time capacity in the beginning to test things out.

I need someone who is fluent in english communication (reading and writing), self motivated, creative, and one who doesn't need hand holding. Someone who doesn't think like an employee per se but rather like a partner or entrepreneur in training.

This includes speaking up about ideas you have experience in that may be useful to our companies goals and ideas to tap into untapped areas and potential opportunities to further our businesses and promote them. We want loyal interdependent workers, not robots.

COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING ARE A MUST!

I really do not have time to hand hold someone except in the beginning to show them the ropes. I need someone who is loyal, listens well and has a great attention to detail. The habit of going the extra mile is very valuable in my eyes and will be rewarded if I see it.


Skills Needed:

-Needs good experience in Wordpress and some HTML exp so they know how to go into a website and make needed edits to the site/pricing when it warrants it.

-Experienced in On page and off page SEO, Keyword research, Link Building, organic traffic generation, and a creative mind to recognize and tap into unthought of and untapped promotional opportunities. Having any tools/software that are useful to SEO purposes would be a plus.

-Experienced in Sales to some degree. Not that you will be selling. But knowing how to get into the mind of the target audience and how to craft words and sentences to pull people into what your saying and pique interest in what you are writing.

-Experienced in customer service and sending emails to customers, answering questions, and fulfilling digital orders (file attached to an email...simple as pie ;-).

-Experience in writing good english content for small websites/landing pages/web 2.0 sites we put up.


****Daily and Weekly activities include*****

Daily:

1-Answering emails with customer questions from our contact forms.

2-Answering questions through skype/IM from customers and clients

3-Using google alerts, boardreader.com, Yahoo answers to post comments on relevant threads on forums and on blogs.

4-Finding and searching out new potential sources of traffic and leads

5-Fulfilling customer orders via email of digital products.

6- Recording sales and customer information on a spreadsheet

7- Doing web based research on a variety of topics.

8- Link building and setting up small blogs and landing pages with content and links in them.

9-Managing various SEO/Linkbuilding/Scraping type softwares and campaigns on them (Scrapebox, SENuke, GSA SER, Article Marketing Robot, Best Spinnner and others) (any experience here is a big benefit!)

10- Spinning original articles for readability and copyscape and posting onto various blogs/websites/web 2.0 sites.

Weekly Monthly:

1-Editing our websites for price changes etc...mostly wordpress based, but HTML experience would be useful as well.

2- Constructing and Managing email campaigns to our customers through email/aweber/getresponse.

3-Doing some graphical design, such as button picture/color edits and other small things that cater to split testing site variables and response rate.




****Other important activities that are not required but could increase pay*****

13- Knowledge and experience in PPC, adwords, and banner placement and management of these campaigns on sites as well as creating/split testing ads on these platforms is a plus.

14- Experience doing video creation/production and editing and with youtube.

15- Knowing how to code bots or use Ubot or other coding languages to make your own bots would be a big benefit.

16- Being able to research and write compelling and well written content for articles/blogposts/forum posts.
