We are looking to grow and we need someone to come on board to commit 3 hours per day in the morning from 9am to 12pm Monday to Friday. As the business grows there may be the potential to work more hours.
The role will include a variety of tasks and will fluctuate depending on the demands of the business. Tasks will include, but not limited to:
1) Daily maintenance of Trello. Ensuring that all tasks that are due are completed, and if not a report of outstanding tasks is provided.
2) Set up new boards on Trello and moderate.
3) Prepare reports from Minute Dock and assist in exporting sales invoices to Xero.
4) Prepare
5) Help prepare sales proposals for review by possible clients
6) Assist in finding sales leads.
7) Assistance in preparing Client Engagement Letters from templates.
8) General Admin duties.
9) Bookkeeping tasks as they arise.
10) Diary management
REQUIREMENTS
Experience with Australian Bookkeeping (preference given to bookkeeper who has worked directly with a Taxation firm or an Australian Bookkeeping firm)
Experience with Xero
Social Media experience
Attention to Detail
A private area in your home to work to keep client information confidential.
PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
