We are looking for a self motivated individual who has experience fielding and answering Customer Service requests on the Shopify Platform.
You should have at least 2 to 3 years of e-commerce customer support. You should be familiar with both the Shopify platform, as well as have experience using a third party customer service platform such as FreshDesk, HelpDesk, or Gorgias.
You will be responsible for making changes to customer information, order information, processing refunds.
You should be proficient in reading and writing English.
