All Around VA for Ecommerce Related App

We are looking for someone who has experience in Ecommerce, specifically with Dropshipping/Aliexpress that has a native level of English proficiency.

We require someone who is flexible on tasklist, eager to learn and can grow with the brand.

Some tasks that you will be trained on include

-Email support
-Live chat support
-Product research
-Product scheduling
-Product description writing
-Dispute resolution
-Carry out refunds and cancelling accounts
-Email content creation
-Social media management
-All other administrative tasks

Due to the nature of the job, we require someone who is experienced in support, dropshipping and overall social media management. You would be tested on your suitability and English skills. You will be working very closely to the team, in which you would have to be online during office hours and also be comfortable with communicating transparently.
