Real Estate VA to Run Comps on MLS and Determine ARV

Hi, I am looking for a Real Estate VA who has experience looking for properties on the MLS, Redfin and Zillow. The goal is to analyze properties in some markets of the U.S and see for how much they will sell once the properties are fixed up. I am looking for properties selling at a discount or below market value.

I would love someone who has experience running comps, determining ARV and determining for how much we should send the offer for.
The job is pretty easy, I can train and already have systems in place.

The perfect candidate would be someone with experience, reliable, quick learner and who knows how to use Excel or Google Upgrade to see actual info is a research / analysis / data entry position, someone who is good with numbers and can work fast would be the best Upgrade to see actual info can be part time or full time depending on your results and experience. Long term collaboration would be great if I find the right person.
