Energetic Project Manager For E-Com Stores (Goal-getter, organized)

We're searching for an energetic shopify store manager who:

- is goal-oriented
- is a people's person
- is extremly organized
- is always a step ahead

GOALS
- takes the goal of the company very seriously and works extremly hard to manage people in accordance to the goals of the company
- is ready to learn & does everything in order to fulfill the goals of the company's

TEAM
- hires & fires unemotionally, to keep only the best in the team and grow it if necessary (fast people who do great quality work)
- checks regularly if everyone is doing their job
- chases down employees and suppliers, so they keep fulfilling their tasks way ahead before the deadline
- communicates with suppliers

SYSTEM
- has always a good overview of whats going on
- keeps a calendar with the most important dates (such as sales dates, holidays etc.) and manages the team in order to make the best out of each event
- brings in ideas of how to improve by themselves
- if necessary works on the systems we have to simplify them and make them easy for the whole team

PREVENTION
- has no problem pointing out issues/problems & finds issues immediately and solves them forever, instead of just curing the symptoms
- thinks outside the box

JACK OF ALL TRADES
- can do everything by themselves at a basic level, so the manager can guide all employees (wouldnt be possible otherwise)
- who reviews work of everyone regularly to make sure quality of work is top-notch

Additionally you need to be able to:

- work with slack, skype & wechat
- constantly organize trello for the team
- organize spreadsheets (worksheets)
- manage google drive folders
- do basic accounting

Lazy people, peeps who are just in for the money and people who are not reliable, will get rejected (or fired) in an heartbeat.
