Integrator Responsibilities
-Your goal is to help grow my business by increasing sales of cookbooks and cooking programs. You’ll achieve this goal by helping to manage my team and their responsibilities.
Currently my team includes - video editors, virtual assistants, and writers
you will help to -
-develop strategy, increase sales and ensure the business runs smoothly
-Ensure team weekly and monthly tasks are completed on tme using asana
-Track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement
-Audit timeproof and ensure workers are sent payment on the 1st and 16th each month
-Outreach for affiliates, sponsors, and partnerships
-Help with other areas of the business as needed
you must meet ALL 3 requirements below before applying
1.Fluent english speaking and writing skills
2. At least one year of management experience, this means you were a manager or supervisor where you had to manage a team (at least 2 people)
3. Internet connection with computer at home.
