JOB OVERVIEW

Integrator Responsibilities
-Your goal is to help grow my business by increasing sales of cookbooks, cooking programs and cooking club. You’ll achieve this goal by helping to manage my team and their responsibilities. Currently my team includes - video editors, virtual assistant and social media manager
-Ensure their weekly and monthly tasks are completed on time
-Track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement,
-Provide additional training or support where needed
-Audit timeproof and ensure workers are sent payment on the 1st and 16th each month
-Outreach for affiliates, sponsors, and partnerships
-Help with other areas of the business as needed

1.Fluent english speaking and writing skills
2. At least one year of management experience, this means you were a manager or supervisor where you had to manage a team (at least 2 people)
3. Internet connection with computer at home.
