Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Invoice processing - Audits invoices against purchase orders, researches discrepancies and approves for payment
-State taxes filing support
-Process Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
-Code transactions in QBO
-Perform clerical duties such as mailings and filing
-Other ad-hoc requests or special projects from management
