Customer Service Zendesk Rep, Live Chat Expert for Ecommerce Business

We are looking for a Zendesk expert. Someone to assist in a support role on our various dropshipping stores.

Status
Employment Status: Full time 40 hours p/w
Contract Type: Full Time
Salary: Negotiable (Based on skills and experience)

Key Tasks
• Manage enquiries through Zendesk
• Create macros, automations and tagging systems
• Able to draft out a CRM zendesk workflow system during interview
• Able to propose and create whole CRM system workflow
• Able to extract data, present and improvise existing system and increase efficiency to meet KPI.
• Update customer profiles in our CRM (Base)
• Other general administration and file management
• Work closely with Operations Manager to develop our CRM systems.
• Knows all the possible questions and FAQ from customers and the best way to answer them and decrease refund rate and complaints.

Qualifications
• 3 years+ in a similar role with related experience
• Advanced understanding of Zendesk
• Great communication skills
• An interest in learning new systems and platforms
• Good in macro and excel works

4. Customer response turnaround times under 24 hours both new and follow up tickets
