Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a full time support agent who can also work on weekends. Our fashion brand is growing every month and we are in need of well seasoned support agents who can assist us in our growth.
You are a perfect candidate if:
- You have fluent written and spoken english.
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with using support softwares like Zendesk, Freshworks and Gorgias. We are currently using Gorgias.
