Seeking experienced, reliable, professional Transaction Coordinator to help manage transactions in our Retail dept.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Complete CMA's
• Order photos
• Research property information
• Showingtime
• Implement systems to improve processes
• Processing files/paperwork from contract to close
• Monitor deadlines
Skills and Qualifications:
*Prior real estate experience a must
*Organized and efficient
*Punctual and detail oriented
*Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills
*Must have a dedicated work space, dual monitors, and computer with internet access
*Must be willing to work US daytime hours, position is FT
