Virtual Assistant: Social Media Marketing

Virtual Assistant: Social Media Growth & Maintenance. Etsy, Ebay and Amazon management a plus.

This is a part-time role with ongoing work for at least 6 months (opportunity to go full-time). Your tasks will be managed through Asana.

We have 3 main goals:
1. Increase the drive of traffic to our storefront on Etsy
2. Boost our social media, find and engage potential customers
3. Assist with other areas as needed such as email marketing via Mail Chimp and Etsy content management

Specifics:
Seeking a Virtual Assistant, English fluent (strong writing skills needed for social media), tech savvy & highly organized, on an ongoing/long term basis. VA must have mastery of: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook Pages and Upgrade to see actual info. Must be familiar with Etsy and using the platform. Ebay, Amazon Seller Central and MailChimp a Upgrade to see actual infoeking someone to take initiative and help manage social media accounts, manage and grow social groups with growth hacking techniques.


Responsibilities include:
- Curating content for social media profiles (Instagram and Facebook heavy)
- Short video creation from existing photos
- Consistent video and social content ideas

VA must be able to provide us with a short daily report (tasks completed/results achieved/issues in need of resolution) via email and be comfortable communicating with us in text as well as video chat when necessary.

Complete honesty & transparency
Social Media Marketing skills
Graphics Editing and Creation (Photoshop or other platform)
Video Editing is a big plus

The amount of work is not yet fully specified, but it can range from 40 hours a month to 80 hours a month. Payment can be from $145.6 to $291.2 US per month, depending on the number of hours.
