Customer Relationship Manager - Assistant office manager

Bridgeway Printing & Graphics Bridgeway Printing & Graphics General VA Job.
You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Somethings I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future is,

CRM Management
-We use Pipedrive - Upgrade to see actual info it is cloud-based (you will have a seat), and I will train you how to run it effectively.

Activities include:
-Manage Contacts - Update Leads, customers, and activities (phone calls, email follow-ups, task meetings etc. ) in Pipedrive to help keep our team organized with the main goal of keeping our projects moving forward and our customers happy.
-Find potential customers - Enhancing customer contact information in our CRM- Help identifies target customers - transcribe - including data entry from target customers website.
-Fast and accurate cut and paste skills mandatory - Two monitors necessary.

Administrative/Fielding Calls
-Email Filtering - Answer calls and route them to team members, return emails, and similar tasks.
-Provide various levels of customer service when needed - Normally responding with routing to a team member.
-Serve as a point of contact for other team members
-Schedule meetings and manage their daily calendar. (We have three team members)
-Handle financial tasks like invoicing and accounting in QuickBooks online. (I will train you)

Good Computer skills required.
