-Who are we?
Our company runs an eCommerce store using Shopify that sells products via Upgrade to see actual info through Facebook and Instagram Ads.

We're currently looking for a video editor who can create videos from 15 to 59 seconds to promote products through these platforms.

-What does the job consist on?
We will be sending you multiple products a week that need a video. Each product needs one video. The way these videos are made is by researching clips of it on multiple platforms, and putting them together in a proper format so that we can promote this products via Facebook and Instagram.

-How do these videos need to be made?
Once we've seen some samples of your work and we decide to work together, we will teach you exactly how this videos need to be made, and we will go over some case studies on successful videos that have worked really well in the past for us and how to replicate them. We have some training videos that show the whole process in less than 2 Upgrade to see actual info's a quick but efficient training that will teach all the basics, important concepts and some advanced tips.

-What type of freelancer and business relationship do we need?
We want to establish a long term relationship, we're not just looking for someone to make us a few videos now and then. We actually want to invest in you so that you can learn this craft as good as possible and become a valuable member of our team.

On the long term, if you start producing videos that bring good results and follow the guidelines, we will start to pay you more per Upgrade to see actual info case we like your application and decide to work with you, we'll do a quick interview to show you around, and also send you the training videos we previously mentioned.

We will do our best to make you feel comfortable and give you all the information you need to do the job properly.
