• Experience in reporting to more than one manager
• Experience with actively using CRM software or Project Management Software (ie Asana, Sale Force, Monday, Outlook/Google Calendars, etc)
• Positive Attitude
• Team-Oriented (understands team structure/org charts)
• Hard-working/Willing to go the Extra Mile
• Great oral/written English skills (for interpretation and communication)
• Time management/ Appointment scheduling
• Transcription, documentation, report preparation
• Executive Administrative Tasks including Reminders, Tasks, To Dos, meeting deadlines
• File and Documentation Management - Managing database through google drive/ Dropbox (ie filing | sending | updating, etc.,)
• Calendar Management (Scheduling, Appointment Setting.)
• Willingness to also learn any other tasks which the Company reasonably requests to be performed.
