Virtual Assistant | eCommerce | Long term Job

We're a German based eCommerce company, introducing 2 brands to the German, European and also worldwide markets. The growing brands FFITIN and MENTALIZE have been started up firstly in 2017 with the exclusive launch in Amazon Germany. Later on in 2018, 2 dedicated Stores have been opened to continue growing in Europe and worldwide in general. A good presence in Instagram has been established as well by end of 2018.

Due to the growing business, we search new members in the Philippines for long term Job roles. Currently we are 2 (2 young founders) working in Germany. We have an international expansion goal, working already overseas with different suppliers and partners in China and other EU countries, so our goal is also to build an international team.

Our official language is English, it will be always the case. German knowledge is a plus but not a must.

This is the basic profile we are searching:

- Good communication skills in English is indispensable (written and verbal)
- Good spreadsheeting skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets)
- Self-learning ability
- Showing organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities, manage task/project timelines.
- Team player and good communication when something went wrong



Having experience is not required but according to experience, those skills are qualified as a plus:
- Amazon seller account management
- Skills or/& finished studies in project management
- Picture / Video editing
- Shopify website management
- Social media marketing/management
- Google and facebook Ads expertise
- German Knowledge
