HR (Human Resources) manager

Freelance HR manager required in order to help us hire the best candidates for our current and future needs.
Role includes and not limited to:
Discussing our needs and requirements
Assisting in creation and review of job postings
Reviewing and short listing of suitable candidates including carrying out due diligence
Discussing short listed candidates
Contract Negotiations with candidates we want to hire
Assist in helping us with any and all HR issues or problems
Assist in writing up our hiring terms for employees and freelancers

Reward would be paid per use:
Job, creation, selection hiring
Additional help
Propose flat rate of $25 (per set activity)
Bonus paid for employees and or freelancers that stay with us longer than 3 months
