Proofreading of Cooking Recipes ( LONG-TERM BUSINESS)

Hi,

I am looking for someone who has a passion for cooking and an eye-for-detail to proofread cooking recipes for my company.

The task is comparing two documents to make sure the HEAT, TIME, TEMPERATURE, MEASUREMENTS, INGREDIENTS, STEPS, MEANING, and ACTIONS are the same and modifying any language using passive voice OR describing the action as before or after - they should be separate steps.

All the corrections made will be done using Microsoft Word’s track changes tool.
