MyPass is a global software as a service business that helping to streamline compliance management for workers in highly-regulated industries around the world.
We require someone to support our growing customer support and verification team.
Key tasks will include responding to customer support tickets
Key attributes of the successful person:
- Attention to detail and a methodical, systematic approach to your work (essential)
- Excellent computing skills (including Excel, Word)
- Excellent database administration skills
- Experience with managing digital images, cropping, formatting
- Experience with a variety of customised software applications
- Clear and accurate communication (must have reliable, quality internet connection)
- Experience in HR or recruitment roles is preferred
- Understanding of Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industry preferred
This job is 8hrs per day (10am to 7pm Australian Daylight Savings Time) for a 3mo trial period and will become full-time for the successful candidate.
You will be joining a high-performing, energetic team that enjoys delivering results and delighting customers.
