Create a custom pricing calculator

I have a website and I need a custom calculator Upgrade to see actual info has to calculate pricing per square inch. I want customers to be able to input 2" x 6", get 4" back and then the use the quantity they'd like to actually get a quote back on, like 20 to read calculate the amount it would cost for 20.

Every single price fluctuates, I have the cost for everything already on an excel sheet. I'd like the calculator to be as close to the link below.
