Looking for Expert Wordpress Developer and a Good Eye for Design. Work for a High Tech Digital Marketing and Development

I’m looking for an expert Wordpress developer who can help me put together a theme for my website based off of a series of high fidelity Upgrade to see actual info the beginning, this will start out as a freelance position, with the option to work close to full time in the future depending on how well you perform this project.

REQUIRED SKILLSET
4+ years of PHP, HTML, CSS, JS
Understanding of Mysql, DNS, and bash scripting / linux commands
Basic understanding of Photoshop / Illustrator

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Develop Wordpress themes
Make customizations to existing wordpress websites.
Modify and create Wordpress plugins
Update and spin up servers for Wordpress
Work 4 hours a day 5 days a week (in the beginning).


ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a bi-weekly basis after 1st week
We pay bonuses for great work (if your lead generation efforts generate sales for us, we will reward you properly)
We pay 13th Month Bonus (for the candidate that qualifies for full time position job)
