As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize correspondence and answers
- Prepare and organize reports
- Handle confidential employer and client information
- Take notes or transcribe meetings
- Schedule meetings
- Make travel arrangements
- Present excellent customer-service skills with customers and clients
- Update records on CRM
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years in College
- 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Strong administrative and organizational support
- Experience using communication tools like
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication
- Expertise in customer service
- Excellent phone,
- Strong knowledge of MS365
- Organizational skills
- Experience working on Graveyard Shift
- Punctual (9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST) M-F
- Good Call Center Type headset with noise reduction during the interview
- VERY QUIET working environment
- GOOD INTERNET connection (Will be tested during the interview)
- Referrals/excellent track record"
