Customer Success Representative - Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our Customer Success Team.

Work from home but be a part of the Team!
Earn promotions to increase salary within 3 months.

FULL-TIME POSITION, several shifts available - nights and days
Remote position (Work from home)

Experience/ requirements:

4-year college degree or comparable experience
At least 2 years of work experience in Customer Service, Live Chat Support, Email Support, Customer on-boarding.
Fluent in spoken English (neutral American accent)
Fluent in written English
Reliable computer and high speed internet connection required

Key Responsibilities:

Email
support, Live chat support, Phone and Video Screen share Upgrade to see actual infovelop a deep understanding of our application, and become an expert
Creatively work with clients providing ad-hoc, easily-understood system advice
Train, plan, propose and assist clients in their pursuit of platform best-practices
Own overall relationship with clients, including increasing adoption, ensuring satisfaction with the product via exceptional customer service.
Successfully onboard new customers, help set up their account, troubleshoot issues and ensure they are getting the most out of our Mobile platform.
