Wordpress website creation

I am looking for someone to create a florist website, Must be able to select different arrangements, add-ons pop up, select different locations for different arrangements. Add images, new products, additional items, Connect to building rewards points.

Must also be able to connect Facebook, IG, Google tracking.

I will also need a website that the supplier will be able to accept the order on which will act as secondary website.
