Windows & Linux Server Admins

We're a fast growing Australian MSP that is looking for SIX Linux and Windows Server Administrators to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Monitor Linux and Windows servers using supplied tools, responding in a timely manner to any critical issues;
- Answering helpdesk enquiries from customers via phone, email and chat;
- Performing management tasks on Linux and Windows servers - eg updates, installing software;
- Updating internal knowledgebase and database systems with up-to-date information
- Monitoring switches and routers for congestion and any performance issues.

A familiarity with Windows and Linux Server operating systems is required for this position. Experience providing customer service or working in a helpdesk is also beneficial. We'll provide ongoing professional development and training resources so you can continue to grow your experience and skills.

We will work with you to agree upon a mutually convenient shift schedule. We do NOT use rolling or changing rosters - you'll be assigned a permanent roster so you can plan and balance your family and social commitments.

These are full time, 40 hour positions with competitive remuneration and immediate opportunities to grow into a managerial or supervisor position.
