E-Commerce Customer Service

Help with managing our E-Commerce store, currently servicing the Australian market.

This is a full-time role.

This role will most likely be part-time in the beginning, as the Founder of this business will be training you one on one directly. Once trained, this will be a full-time role. We aim to have you on our team in a full-time role + potentially extra hours as soon as possible (in around 1-2 weeks).

In this role, you will provide excellent customer care in order, returns & product & shipping enquiries & be a valuable part of our small growing team. You will need to be available Australian, Melbourne Time (AEST), 8.30am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
