Digital Project Manager
We are looking for a Digital Project Manager within our agency to be the person who keeps the team to a deadline and helps us to deliver projects on time and on budget.
This is a newly created role within our agency as we have had significant growth over the past 6 months and we now require an experienced project manager who is excellent at creating project plans that allow for the correct amount of work to be completed, as well as assigning the right tasks to the right staff.
We are looking for someone who loves to problem solve and can create excellent relationships with the team. You must have great attention to detail, be analytical and just love organising projects!
We run all our project management via Asana, so experience using this platform is preferred. We will also make sure that the appropriate training is given.
We are wanting someone that is exceptional at helping to identify ways we can streamline SOPs and process so that we can always improve our implementation workflows. The role will be working closely with our Processes Assistant who is tasked at documenting all key SOPs in the
The role is also responsible for managing team capacity and workflow. We have just introduced Everhour as our time tracking and project profitability system, so having an understanding of that platform is favourable. This role will need to report to the CEO on how projects are tracking, financially and with team utilization and ways that we can improve productivity.
You will also work closely with our Account Manager, making sure you clearly communicate estimated timelines, so that they can clearly manage client expectations on delivery. This is a key relationship within this role.

Roles and Responsibilities
Project Management
Helping to create scopes of work documents based off SOPs
Creating project plans within Asana - from templates and adhoc as required
Working with the CEO to organise and streamline project management systems
Being the Asana Expert within the agency, making sure that we are using it to its full capacity
Use of Instagantt to create gantt charts for clients via Asana integration
Team utilization management via Everhour integration in Asana
Managing 3rd party contractors & internal staff to make sure they are meeting deadlines
Running daily stand ups with team to ensure project delivery
Reporting on project weekly to the CEO and Account Manager with key status updates
Monthly reports tracking profitability and project timelines
Managing project scope
Contributing to client proposals and scope
Assessing and evaluating projects success
Liaising directly with the Account Manager on key project timelines
Development of new processes and systems for Project Management
Managing the Processes Assistant to deliver required materials for project delivery
Establishing excellent people skills with the implementation team members

SOPs this role is responsible for
Development of new client scope of work and project plan
Project management of client adhoc projects and retained clients
Time tracking for team
Developing new processes in the agency
Note - other SOPs will be created once in this role
We are looking for someone to start immediately at 40 hours a week. Standard working hours are 8am AEST - 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday with an hour break.
