2. Having a background in instructional design is important. Knowing adult learning theories, addie model, sam model etc...

3. Must be responsive meaning being able to reply within few hours no more than 12hrs.

4. Willingness to learn and grow your skills to keep up with client demands is important.

5. Attention to detail is critical as we are developing learning materials.

6. Estimated pay between $18 - $20/hr although this could be higher depending on skill level.

7. Please list any additional related skills you have.

8. If you have Articulate Storyline samples you personally created for yourself or for clients please share them.

10. If you have graphic design skills that is a plus as often time clients want custom graphics for their e-learning course. Also familiarity with video editing is also useful.
