We are looking for 4-5 driven and proactive sales professionals to join our expanding team. Outbound Sales Agents hired will be responsible for cold calling business owners!

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have at least 1 year of B2B outbound phone sales, Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Appointment Setting
- Must be self-motivated to make phone calls and cannot be deterred because of rejections
- Lead/data gathering experience
- Must be self-starter, focused, organized and systematic
- Go-getter attitude
- Extremely reliable
- Positive, no excuse attitude
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Honest and trustworthy
- Reliable computer, Internet, and a USB call center style headset with Noise Cancellation feature is Required. (NO jack/analog type or Gaming headset) for phone calls is an ABSOLUTE must!


ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:
- Pay up to PHP 50,000/month (base salary)
- We pay 13th month bonus
- We give quarterly pay increases based on performance
- We also pay incredible bonuses that could DOUBLE your salary!
