My name is Stuart Jackson, and I own an e-commerce platform that users Joomla to create websites for distributors to sell their products.

3) Pay is competitive with a 13-month bonus, some paid vacation time, flexible work schedule, and a monthly bonus based on results from some of the e-commerce sites.

So here's the bad news, this is going to be a lot of work. We currently have about 20 e-commerce sites that we support, and most of them need help with new features. I want to grow the system to 100 sites over the next three years or so, which means that there will be lots of work to come and with the pending Joomla 4.X upgrade all of the sites will need some upgrades within the next two years.
