Video Editor with Motion Graphics

I am looking for an experienced video editor to join my team. Please read entire post and respond to the questions asked.

You'll help me create E-course content videos, youtube videos and marketing videos. You must have a high level of english. My business helps small business owners with legality, accounting, taxes and business planning.

I'm re-launching my e-course and setting it up to be evergreen. Your first project will be helping me re-create content videos for the course, and you will get a 1% of sales bonus for next months sales (and ongoing). I would like you to be able to create powerpoint type videos from the script and video instructions that I Upgrade to see actual info is important that you must:
1) Be able to follow instructions closely and communicate with me regularly, as explained. Must show me how you are working things, so that I can assure we are on track and not wasting time. I am flexible in many ways, if we need to adjust the plan. If you are honest, hard working, have video editing skills and willing to communicate with me throughout your work, this job is for you.
2) Have upgraded internet so that we can talk without issue
3) Have basic or advanced skills in motion graphics - you don't have to be an expert, although that is a bonus.
*** In your applications, please tell me your comfort level of creating:
#1 words that roll out onto the screen during a video (just like a powerpoint would do), and
#2 creating basic moving graphics to animate a short section of a video.
Please also estimate approximately how long would it take you to create a 10 minute video based on skill #1 and a 2 minute video based on skill #2. (I know it would vary based on the project, but assume you are going for speed and not perfection :), I'm looking for your explanation, not the shortest time) ***
4) you are a team player and you are ok with completing other tasks, such as creating workbooks, doing graphic design type work, etc.
5) you will daily use the time software in onlinejobs.ph and Asana to communicate about what you are working on and access instructions/resources

I'm ready for you to start immediately.

Starting out the pay $300 per month to start, but I will pay bonuses when modules are completed and there is also a 1% of E-course sales bonus paid monthly. Also you will be reviewed for a raise after 1 month.
E-course sales were$1,600 for last launch but our leads are growing and I expect them to double next month, and our goal is for $1,000 sales per day. We are now established with consistent sales income and growing audience, so this is a reliable opportunity to grow with us.
