We are Northern Cards, Canada’s Greeting Card Company Since 1989, and we create greeting cards featuring original designs for all kinds of occasions and have done for nearly 30 years.
We have more than 500 FBA listings across
The job would include all or some of these responsibilities:
Inventory management including creating listings for new products and editing current listings
Transmitting information and files to suppliers for production (labels, packaging dimensions, etc.)
Researching and evaluating shipping options
Monitoring inventory levels
Dealing with the creation of shipping plans and monitoring shipments until fully received
Dealing with any issues and cases that arise
Dealing with Amazon Case Management and Amazon Customer Service
Handling customer service by
Responding to negative feedback and reviews in a timely and professional manner
Processing returns and refunds as needed
Keyword research and integration
Please let us know about your relevant experience doing this job in the recent past. You must be very familiar with Seller Central and understand how to navigate the platform, create cases and perform regular duties involved in managing an Amazon account.
This role requires working with a small group as a team. We are Toronto, Canada-based, and you would likely be working EST evening hours and maybe some EST daytime hours. Part-time hours to start but this role could well turn into a full-time position.
