Telemarketing and sales manager

My husband and I own a screen print, promotional sales, and embroidery shop and need assistance in growing our company. This person will implement and manage a telemarketing campaign as well as manage email campaigns, scheduling appointments, receiving quote requests etc.

We are looking for someone who can work 9 am - 5 pm Arizona time. Looking for someone who likes the challenge of making something happen. Who is a self-starter and doesn't need a lot of direction. We are very busy in production and spend most of our time there. This person will need to be friendly and have a good command of the English language and be able to communicate effectively in writing and speech. Salary will increase with performance.
