Lead Graphic Designer

Role (Overview of Position):
? Responsible for creating digital, print, and/or web materials that are engaging
and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, coordinating with the project
manager to organize the day-to-day workflow, and organizing created graphics in
an easy and accessible filing system.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role):
? Creating digital marketing, print and/or web materials and delivering each task on time
? Identifying daily design needs and self tasking what needs to be created
? Presenting the design to clients, project manager or upper management
? Incorporating changes recommended by client, project manager or upper
management
? Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
? Web Design test graphics across various media, while checking file sizes

Results (Expected Accomplishments):
? Providing weekly updates of completed and pushed projects
? Completing a project with attention to detail, professionalism, and delivering the
best product possible

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies):
? 5+ years experience as a Graphic Designer (Please provide portfolio)
? 5+ years experience in Web Design (Please provide portfolio)
? Excellent and professional communication
? Superb attention to detail, creativity, and organization
? Ability to thrive and handle multiple objectives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial
environment
