Sales & Marketing in Travel Industry

Working Hours: 5 Days
Office hours: 9.30am - 6.30pm

Role Description:
You will assist on customer service, article writing, website/social media update, banner design and travel video editing (taken by our customers).

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to customers by answering their questions and bring sales to business
• Research and summary
• Write articles about any travel related content
• Update the information on website (No coding skill required)
• Update on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube)
• Send a message with “Your Name_Admin” in Subject to Upgrade to see actual info if you are interested.
• Design the banner/poster/photos for marketing purpose
• Watch the raw videos from travellers and edit the videos

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop
• Bonus Skill (s): Adobe After Effects
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team, fluency in English mandatory
• Ability to work under pressure, respecting deadlines and manage concurrent projects
• Creative and has a good eye for visuals.
• Willing to learn, responsible and self-motivated
• Loves to take initiative and work independently but also a team player.
• Loves travel content (news, itinerary, technology)
