We have been working with Filipino offshore developers and staff for the past 4 years. As our company grows, we would like to employ additional staff to join our team from the Philippines.

What we offer:
Permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week)
PHP 60,000 to 90,000 per month
Generous bonuses paid every 3 months - up to 15% for high performers
13-month pay

What you'll be doing:
Engage with clients to build and maintain excellent relationships and goodwill
Work with team members to estimate costs and delivery time frames, and create formal quotations
Set expectations regarding reporting with the client
Run daily stand-ups with the project team, inspecting work done the previous day and set expectations for work to be done for the day
Ensure that regardless of developers or QA resource availability, deadlines, timeframes, or any other reasons, a minimum level of quality is ensured before clients are presented with outputs.
Create and maintain an accurate project timeline
Work with the product owner and stakeholders to elicit, analyze and clarify business requirements
Work with developers and other team members to answer questions, resolve issues and ensure the client's objectives are understood and fulfilled.
Adjust, refine and adapt requirements to meet budget and time constraints
Conduct reviews and verification that implementations meet the documented requirements, business goals, and objectives.
Helping the team how to be self-organized and productive
Run sprint planning meetings in advance of each new sprint
Perform backlog grooming at least every few days throughout the sprint
Perform a sprint review/sprint demo at the end of each sprint where you demonstrate progress to the client
Run a Sprint Retrospective and the end of the sprint to discuss what went well and what didn't so the team can learn, grow and get better.
Stay well educated around software development best practices; User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.

What we need you to have:
Excellent Written and Spoken English
At least 10 years' industry experience
At least 3 years working as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, and 1 year as Business Analyst
Deep understanding of software technology and implementation practices
Flexible and team-player
Quiet and distraction-free workspace
Modern and reliable computer with a quality microphone, headset, and webcam for clear communication
Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 1 Mbit upload speed)
