For this VA position there will be a mix of data entry, admin and process documentation
An ongoing part of this position if for the VA to document the processes in my business using Sweet Process and saving them into Sharepoint or Salesforce.
I have a Sweet Process account where you’ll be documenting the processes for my team in my business to follow.
Here is a good example of how to set up the documentation with Categories and the steps.
I am using
I don’t have set tasks for you each day – YET – that’s what you and I will need to develop if you start working with
So we’ll start off by creating the daily tasks lists and documenting them.
The sowftware that you’ll need to use, document and set up processes in are:
1. Salesforce
2. Sharepoint
3. IRESS – Xplan

5. Linkedin
6. Wordpress (website)
You’l have training programs to learn from and then you’ll need to document what you’ve learnt and put them into my Sweet Files account. You’ll also need to be very clear in ‘googling’ answers so that you can work things out for yourself.
The key to your role is to get me out of having to be involved in the process that you and other team members do.
I need to be out of the day to day activities of the business so I can bring in more business for you and the team to do.
We work in the financial services industry in Australia so your spoken English and written English need to be excellent.
