JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hungry business manager who wants to earn as much money as possible by growing our successful Amazon business. We are willing to incentivise someone to grow the business by offering a comprehensive and rewarding commission scheme.

The manager will earn a basic salary of $1,000 per month for full time hours but OTE will be uncapped and unlimited, the more you grow the business, the more you will earn.

The way our commission structure works, there is realistic potential that you can expect to earn between $3-$5k per month in OTE.

This must be your only job. You will work for our company full time, Monday-Friday 8am-6pm UK GMT

No agencies

Job responsibilities including but not limited to:

1. Product Research – discovering new and profitable products for us to add to our existing brands with the aim of launching
1 new product each month
2. New Product Launch – Using your initiative and experience to find ways to rank new products and obtain reviews
3. Existing Products – Manage existing products to ensure that they stay competitive and up to date
4. Stock Management – Managing inventory and stock levels to ensure that no product goes out of stock. Negotiating with
new and existing suppliers
5. Seller Central – Full management of our seller central account including dealing with customer messages, customer
reviews, creating shipping plans and managing seller feedback
6. New Business – Look for opportunities outside of Amazon USA to grow our business and increase sales. Potential to sell on
eBay, Etsy and Amazon UK/EU
7. Amazon PPC – Ensure that existing and new PPC campaigns remain competitive with a low ACOS
8. Working with Admin staff to ensure objectives are met

You must have experience with Amazon and should be able to demonstrate the work you have done managing and growing a large account.

You would have a distinct advantage if you have marketing and social media Upgrade to see actual infomission will be earned on every new product introduced and it is based on profit, it will be worked out in the following way:

Commission Structure:

Tier 1 - $750-$1499 profit, 3.5% commission

Tier 2 - $1500-$2999 profit, 5% commission

Tier 3 - $3000+ profit, 8.5% commission

For example, you have a product that achieves $2800 profit in June, your commission will be $238 for this one product. We aim for at least $10,000 per month revenue per product with a profit margin of 30%. The more profitable products you add, the more you earn.

This will then repeat as you add new products into the portfolio, with a target of adding 1 new product each month. You will also continue to receive commission on the sales of the existing products that you have introduced

Any PPC sales or external sales will be deducted from the monthly revenue

If the manager adds 1 new product each month and helps to grow it to 10k revenue and beyond, he could easily grow his monthly income of $1,000 to $3-5k or more.

The earning potential is huge. If you find a product that ranks and does $25,000 revenue with $7500 profit, you would earn $637.5 or more for each month that it achieves this number.
