JOB OVERVIEW

Here at Host Liverpool, we provide vacation rental properties for guests visiting the City of Liverpool (UK) via platforms like AirBnB, Booking, TripAdvisor, Expedia and HomeAway.

But we do much more than that. We want our guests, clients, staff and strategic partners to enjoy their experience with us and understand that we're serious about goals and standards too.

Right now, we're looking for a driven social media admin with that unique blend of analytical, and technical skills, mixed with a creative mind and exceptional written and spoken English. We hope our next teaUpgrade to see actual infomber might be you!

Your main roles will include:

- Setting up and maintaining social media accounts
- Facebook Ads
- Google Ads
- Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube management
- Creating content: Still and Video
- Scheduling posts
- Creating plans and processes to improve engagement based on an analytical approach
- Presenting updates to directors and the rest of the team
- Working with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to increase direct sales
- Managing negative comments
- Writing engaging copy
- Be responsible for the perception of our business to the outside world
- Some webmaster admin, including troubleshooting and making sure our entire online presence is showing as it should

In addition to your core roles, you will be expected to have the following qualities:

Experience of having worked on platforms like AirBnB and Booking will be looked at very favourably, as will experience in the hotel and hospitality sector.

Your communication style should be concise, friendly and Upgrade to see actual info’s important that you understand the admins we already have working for us have their own job roles, and part of your initial training will be to understand what they do by undertaking their responsibilities for a while. This will provide the foundation upon which your role will be built

You must have the ability to remain confident, calm and quick under pressure and use initiative and common sense to achieve the goals of the business. A strong emphasis on systemisation, communication, analytics and written English will form a key part of your skill base.

Up to 20 hours per week, flexi time. Must be available for Monday meetings at 12:15 (UK time) for weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoeting.
