Hello

We will be holding Skype call interviews on Upgrade to see actual info May with shortlisted applicants, between 6 am - 4 pm UK time. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR SKYPE ID.

We are looking for a wordpress webmaster to help us with our new website, this situation is quite unique and (after weeks of research) we have found that it is possible ro upgrade our WordPress website using all the tools we have already purchased. You are not expected to know all the ins and outs of all the plugins as full training will be given.

We will require you to implement the functionality, maintained the site and constantly be on the look out for new opportunities to make enhance the website for its users (both for staff and customers).

1. The site has the following resources: Theme.co/x as the theme; Gravityforms elite plugin; Gravity view al access plugin; Gravity wiz top package, this conditional pricing (all these resources have excellent learning material and customer support).

We are looking to create a website that is easy for both our staff and customers to use and reduce our admin tasks.


I have created a form Upgrade to see actual info that calculates the cost of an event

We would like the site to do the following

Forms create a user account. (Gravityforms can do this)

2. The site will have a client area. this will display the details of the submission fields (the quote) clients will only be able to view their own quotations. The office staff will be able to view extra details that the client can not see. ( gravity view can do this and training will be given).

3. We would like to have a ticketing style system where office staff and the clients can converse, we would also like all emails between us and the client to be displayed here in a tidy fashion. (We will have to do some research together on this)

4. Clients to be able to choose to accept the quotation in the client area and the details of the quotation passed to a booking form that is pre-populated with the quote details that will then also have some extra fields. (Gravityforms has the ability to do this)

5. The booking form will create an invoice in either Xero/ fresh books.( we may need to out source this to a developer)

6. Depending on the service chosen the booking form will also generate a word document (we will provide a template, we are happy to buy another plugin to do this function) this will be used for event details and compiling equipment lists, etc.

We are looking for someone to take this on as a project and complete it to a very high standard. Once this is complete we will you to help maintain the site and help us with new initiative ways to make the site enjoyable for both the team and our clients.

We are looking for someone that is looking to learn what it take to fulfill this project and work with us on a longterm basis.

We have the tools to do this and have the support to help you learn to complete the tasks required, we are just missing one thing, you!

In your application please state which of the plugin/services are you familiar with in section 1. Also, regarding sections 2-6 please let me know which you already have the skills to produce and which you may need some time to learn/outsource.

We would like a dedicated wordpress webmaster to work with us on a fulltime basis.

Once our main objective is completed we will need you to create content, this will mainly be recipes for the food we make. All the images and text will be created here. We will need you to create a well organized blog to use as a recipe encyclopedia for our chefs. This will mainly be editing photo file size and video editing.

There may be some work required out side of wordpress for example integrating Google maps api or setting up email accounts.
