Description
Full time employment of 40 hrs per week. First month is a probationary period, we will pay you at the end of each work week for the first month to prove we are a real company then pay will revert to a monthly basis once the first month is completed and we see the work quality, we will also increase the salary and remove the probationary period.
It is expected that we will learn, work, and grow together; we are here to help you and want you to ask questions when needed to make sure you are comfortable with the task and we are getting the finished work product desired the first time around.
Most important skills are willingness and ability to learn new skills, we will teach you the skills needed to become more valuable. Monthly pay to increase accordingly as skills increase. You will be required to send a daily email with the tasks you have worked on and project status. You must be able to follow checklists and work within a work flow system that we will provide you.
We must have Skype interview prior to hire, and you must have Yahoo messenger to communicate throughout the workdays after you are hired.

Tasks will vary, primary areas to be;

Virtual, Online Assistant
Must be well versed in HTML & Word press Blog/Web maintenance and posting. You must be able to install a wordpress blog, create headers/graphics, add and change pages, build links & create tags ect.
Must have the skills to manage Facebook accounts, make postings and add business pages. Must also be versed in Twitter to be able to gather followers & make postings.Other tasks will include
Transcription, Article research, Online Marketing tasks, PowerPoint work, video editing, ect.
