We are looking for a person very hands-on, who loves solving problems, getting things done, and great ability to think out of the box. Someone who wants to be a part of a growing company ready to disrupt the real estate investing industry!

We need support in daily tasks mainly working on Lien Mitigation, coordinating real estate transactions. 1-year experience in real estate required. Paralegal experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing contracts
Clearing Title
Mitigating liens
Coordinating Closings
Customer Service
Provide administrative support including typing correspondence (emails, memos, reports, etc.)
Setting up appointments for appraisals, contractors, inspections, and others
Dealing with lenders and title companies
Dealing with buyers, sellers, and other realtors
Support for administrative tasks
Others

Job Requirements:

Any kind of Real estate experience
Title company / Transaction coordinator experience is a plus
Must pay close attention to detail
High problem-solving skills
Think out of the box
Must be highly organized
Must be a quick learner
Good typing skills
Must be proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Must be capable of taking charge with minimal supervision
Must have strong customer service skills
Valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle for work-related transportation
Great communicator
Friendly and Honest
