Real Estate Sales Rep/ Cold Call Assistant/ VA

Applicant will be cold calling on a 3 line Mojo dialer to motivated sellers (Bankruptcy, Probate, Foreclosure, Auction Dates, Certificate of Death, Absentee Owners, Code Violations etc...) and set appointments for sales reps to call back. The Mojo dialer auto dials up to 200 call per hour. A sales script will be provided along with live call videos for training purposes. Training & coaching will be daily based on VA's productivity. Skip tracing will be involved as well. To make it easy, we will supply the website for skip tracing. VA's will only need to put in the address and the contact numbers will appear. We will start part time and move to full time once VA is fully trained. Applicant should be able to create a total of 5 to 10 leads per week minimum once fully trained. We have great pay and even better bonus structure!!!
