JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for: Work from Home Marketing Officer
Work Hours: Fulltime – Mountain Business Hours
Salary: Highly dependent on qualifications
Workplace: Must be living in the Philippines
The Work from Home Marketing Officer is expected to perform the following:
• Manage and coordinate event logistics and campaigns for tradeshows, conferences and seminars/webinars
• Develop written content for website landing pages, press releases, social media posts, and e-mail campaigns
• Create designs for print and digital collateral, including website, online and print advertising, signage and banners, PowerPoint presentations, and other projects as assigned
• Update and maintain the Company’s website, Social media accounts
• Maintain the Marketing department budget
• Manage and work on many ad-hoc projects
• Coordinate the production of materials with print vendors as needed
• Maintain and improve the Company's brand style guide
• Handles with a high degree of competence, a variety of administrative, special projects and leadership responsibilities
• Able to make decisions autonomously in anticipation of management needs
• Communicates on behalf of management staff to all levels of staff
• Effective and comfortable in working with senior management
• Coordinates completion of multiple assignments simultaneously
• Assists management/staff in accomplishing business goals
• Act as a lead in supporting all operational processes
• Works with minimal or no direction on projects which require research, analysis of data and creation of reports
• Perform internal department duties as assigned by the President/Vice President
• Viewed as expert in problem solving, organization verbal and written communication skills
• Coordinates meetings
• Additional responsibilities as directed by management
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, English, or any related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, Wordpress, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere
Working knowledge of web graphic creation and production techniques and video production
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Above Average English Communication Skills
Ability to multitask and operate in an intense and fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
Ability to produce accurate and high-quality work
Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
Ability to work cross functionally
Ability to work through change
Ability to ask the right questions and fill in the blanks when project requirements are not well-defined
